I booked an excursion, they got in touch quickly, I recommend it, everything precise and to the point. The hotel and the tour operator wanted almost twice as much for this same excursion! 🤣 Now that's a boat ride on a banana boat for you. The 5-in-1 excursion, I got my fill of swimming and even got to scuba dive! The next day I went out on quad bikes — they ride fine, sure they're a bit old, but they do the job perfectly well.

Today we did the submarine + snorkeling excursion, and I loved everything from booking to being dropped back at the hotel. First off, the prices here are very pleasant, but that doesn't show in the service quality. Starting with booking: a bot answers first, but a real agent joins instantly the moment you ask a question. Every question got answered right away. We waited for our pickup, the car arrived on time, but I was a little worried they'd find us — the staff member in the chat was in touch the whole time! After that everything was just as clearly organized. The excursion itself was great too: plenty of room for everyone on every deck. The lower deck has great panoramic windows with a perfect view. The kids loved watching the fish and corals. At the snorkeling stop there was enough gear and time for everyone. We never waited around for anyone, everything moved along briskly but without any rush. I loved absolutely everything, so tomorrow we're going on another excursion. 10 out of 10.
