- 2 Day 2 - Giza Pyramids & Sphinx, Overnight Train to Aswan: A full day with your Egyptologist guide at the Giza Plateau: the Great Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure, and the Sphinx. In the evening, board a first-class sleeper train south to Aswan.

- 9 Day 9 - Departure: After breakfast, your private transfer takes you to Cairo International Airport for your onward flight home.
Why Choose This Tour
Every night on land is spent in a small, family-run guesthouse - plain outside, comfortable and quietly luxurious inside - instead of an anonymous international hotel chain.
The same English-speaking Egyptologist stays with you for all 9 days, so context builds day by day instead of restarting with a new guide at every stop.
All meals aboard your Nile cruise ship are included, including the Abu Simbel excursion day, so there's nothing extra to plan for while you sail.
Breakfasts and dinners on land are cooked by local families at each guesthouse, not served from a hotel buffet line.
