Giza Pyramids & Sphinx Group Tour from Cairo | TUT Voyages

I was on the "Old Cairo and the pyramids" excursion (small group, comfort tier). First of all it's convenient that the group is small, there were 9 of us. They picked us up from our hotels fast and dropped us off fast at the end. It was easy to gather us for each stop, no lines formed anywhere and we moved through quickly. The bus was comfortable with AC. The drivers drove us very carefully, gently. There were a lot of speed bumps and checkpoints along the way. The drivers told us about the sights along the way as best they could (the Suez Canal, the tunnel under it, etc). Our guide Raya is wonderful, told everything in an interesting way. I wish we'd had more free time at the Cairo museum. But then we might not have made it to the next stop on our excursion in time. I'm docking one star because they promised free water during lunch, but in the end we only got it after returning from lunch, in the minibus. We all had to buy our own drinks during lunch. Russian people aren't used to eating without something to drink. I hope they'll explain this point more clearly to the next groups. Even though the drive is a bit tough, I'll still recommend this excursion to everyone. Being in Egypt and not seeing the pyramids just wouldn't be right, in my opinion.
