The Karnak Temple Complex in Luxor, Egypt, is the largest ancient religious site in the world, centered on the Precinct of Amun-Re and built up over 2,000 years by successive pharaohs from the Middle Kingdom through the Ptolemaic period. Its hypostyle hall alone contains 134 columns, and the complex is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ancient Thebes.
Luxor Temple, on the east bank of the Nile in Luxor, Egypt, was built largely by Amenhotep III around 1400 BCE and later expanded by Ramesses II and other pharaohs. Dedicated to the Theban triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu, it was linked to Karnak Temple, 3 kilometers north, by the ceremonial Avenue of Sphinxes.

I went to Luxor, Cairo and Alexandria, everything went wonderfully, especially considering I didn't rest between excursions, they were back to back on the schedule. In Cairo I stayed overnight with a pyramid view ❤ a special love of mine. Our guide Ahmed in Cairo walked us through the most interesting exhibits in the new museum, you'd need a whole day to see it all, but we managed, even climbed inside a pyramid 😁 ❤
Just got back from a private excursion from Cairo. Oh my goodness! It was wonderful 👍 I want to thank TUT VOYAGES for their professional work, the drivers were super sweet and kind, the vehicle was a minibus with great AC. Our guide Mustafa is a real pro, knows his Russian and his history well. We visited the Cairo Museum, the pyramids, and rode camels. Mustafa bought all the tickets himself and got us through with no queues. TUT VOYAGES was always reachable. Excellent, responsive managers who answer competently, in detail, patiently and warmly. So we want to book another private trip with TUT VOYAGES soon, this time to Luxor and Dendera.
