Abu Simbel temples

The Abu Simbel temples are two rock-cut monuments carved into a mountainside on Lake Nasser's west bank, built under Pharaoh Ramesses II around 1264 BC. Threatened by the Aswan High Dam's rising waters, they were cut into over 1,000 blocks and relocated in a UNESCO-led campaign between 1964 and 1968, later inscribed as a World Heritage Site in 1979.

Hello, just got back from the Dahab 5-in-1 excursion (the transfer arrived on time, the guide and photographer were both really easy to talk to). The food was tasty, we really loved the camel ride and the quad bikes, my husband loved swimming with the fish. We went as a big group (7 people), everyone was very happy.
